Booking, cancellation and rental conditions
- When booking, 20% of the total amount per booking of kayak/SUP is paid in booking fee.
The remaining amount in addition to the booking fee is paid at the time of delivery of the kayak/SUP. - The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Cancellation must be made no later than five days before the start of the booking via My Pages.
- If the customer has not canceled at least five days in advance or does not show up at the time of booking, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
- If Paddling Sörmland AB deems the weather to be a safety risk such as strong winds, thunderstorms or low temperatures in the water, we reserve the right to cancel the paddling and, in consultation with the customer, discuss the possibility of another booking date, otherwise the booking fee will be refunded.
- Customers paddle at their own risk and responsibility and should be able to swim.
- The kayak/SUP is returned clean and the lessor is informed if anything is broken or damaged.
- Respect bird protection areas and regulations in nature reserves and make sure you know and follow the Right of Public Access – Naturvårdsverket (naturvardsverket.se)
